Quality training is crucial to the modern business; it maintains the competitive edge which businesses need to survive. We fully understand this at ECCS and provide a tailored, professional IT training service to all our clients. We take time to understand your needs and your business to ensure that training has an immediate impact upon your business success.

ECCS provides a training service, which varies in scope from a single student training session to an enterprise wide skills upgrade initiative. In addition to our training services we also offer a range of standard courses which may be modularised and adapted to your specific requirements.

Partner Company
We also work with a Partner Company. Our Partner Company is a leading professional development and training company. They consult, design and implement people centred training interventions enabling organisations to perform more effectively. This includes leadership, management and team development, or expertise in the many aspects of human resource policies and practices.

Their Personal and Team Development Portfolios deliver innovative learning experiences. The benefits our Portfolios bring are measurable, giving you the confidence that your investment in training and development is directly linked to the business objectives and overall aims of your organisation.

MAXIMO™ Specific Training and Procedural Material
Our substantial MAXIMO™ implementation and upgrade experience across all versions of the MAXIMO™ product has demonstrated the importance of writing training material based on the customised system and relevant to the client’s business processes rather than through the utilisation of generic material. Although such material is extremely useful from a reference point of view, it sometimes fails to address issues that are relevant to the users in their working environment and applicable to their business procedures.

ECCS specialise in training at all levels in the operation of Stores, Purchasing, Asset and Work Management Systems and associated applications. This includes Technical Training on Report Writing Products such as Actuate, Crystal etc and programming languages such as Java. Trainers are experienced in the delivery of courses that combine procedures relating to specific functions and system operation, both of which are required to maximise the utilisation of any new system. Our Trainers are professional with a proven track record of training delivery and the production of quality material.

ECCS’ service delivery is excellent with a reputation very much based on recommendations and repeat business through satisfied clients. The measured effectiveness of the training delivered and the ability of the delegates post training is part of our quality assurance.
