MAXIMO Consultants (Permanent / Contract)

Candidates must be happy to work in a friendly and busy environment; flexibility is therefore essential together with the ability to deal with a demanding and varied workload.

Ideally you will have acted in a Project Manager / Technical Lead or Technical Resource role on IT projects implementing and integrating the MAXIMO Asset Maintenance Management System. Technical experience of supporting and developing in MAXIMO is therefore essential. Experience in HTML, JSP, Java/J2EE, App Servers is preferred but experience is also required in Brio, Crystal and Actuate report writers. DLL knowledge would be helpful. Most implementations are installed on either an Oracle or SQL Server database platform, so skills in either of these areas would be beneficial though not essential.

With the majority of work being carried out by individuals away from the office on client sites, the ability to work and travel independently is a prerequisite coupled with a mature attitude and sound client facing abilities. Relocation to the Bristol area is however not essential.

Ideally you will have:

• A relevant degree level qualification or near equivalent
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot at a technical and applications level
• Determination, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Two years commercial experience
• Freedom to travel, both nationally and internationally, is essential.

Remuneration will be dependent upon abilities and experience.
