VS Project
Optimising Project Performance

A major pharmaceuticals company approached ECCS’s partner integra to help them improve the “time to market” in a long term drug discovery project. Existing systems were unable to integrate multiple versions and generations of the same project, and measure the impact of project revisions and the effect on resources in real time. Integra developed VS Project to “fill the gap”.

Key features of the product include the ability to:

  • Update project revisions in real time – without starting from scratch
  • Visually compare multiple projects with the baseline
  • Measure immediate impact on resources
  • Revise project revisions dynamically
  • Revise the critical path in real time

VS Project can be used as a standalone project management tool or as a mechanism for integrating all aspects of project management, throughout the lifecycle of the project, from conception through to full realisation of the project benefits.
